Client’s tasks: Developing a vision for an architectural complex for an industrial building with an administrative block, high-tech laboratories, and an automated storage system for rock storage.
My responsibilities: I was the lead designer of the project, and together with the team of architects, I consider the exterior solution and the landscape. I made a draft of the project, considering all GOST and HS&R. I defended the design project in front of the customer's company and presented it on television.
Result: The main compositional dominant of the complex is the administrative block. The architecture of the building symbolizes a part of the rock sample. Balconies, open terraces, winter gardens in zones of informal communication and negotiations, also facades are stylized under the heterogeneity of rock strata. We also used innovative materials that symbolize high technology. The building will be completed in 2022.
